Squad

If you would like to play golf competitively in 2019/20, we welcome you to attend our trials for the squad. Trials will be held at the beginning of term 1 - visit us at the Sports Fair during welcome week for more details and to sign up.

The squad play and practice at Coventry Golf Club, a top quality course with fantastic facilities, including a short driving range, large pitching/chipping area and a putting green. The squad will be limited to 20 players, and as an indication of the standard, the current squad's handicaps range from 3 to 9.

The First and Second teams will compete in approximately 10 matches each over the year (held on Wednesday afternoons), and the squad practises twice per week. Those who successfully make it through trials will be invited to join the squad and take up membership at Coventry for a heavily discounted price.
